Flowers for Mommy

Xander was playing with the girls out side and decided to pick some flowers for Mommy. He also thought they might be good to eat. Luckily they went in and then right out.

Tea (Juice) Party

Today was one of those days that everyone was getting along and I knew I had the best kids ever. The girls were using their please and thank you's to each other and being as cute as ever. I told them they could have a muffin and some juice for a snack today. They they asked if the could have it outside and have a Tea Party, where they practiced their please and thank you's. They're to cute.

1st Week of Preschool and a New Haircut

Kylie has been talking about preschool all summer and this week she started preschool. Her first day she loved so much, she didn't want to leave. This is one of the first things that she has done with out her sister and she loved every minute of it. All week she had been pointing out the color green and talking about A and K. She also had to get her hair cut like Mommy for her first day of school. She is diffently my girly girl, I love it.

First Day of School

Janika was so excited to go to school. She woke up early to have her hair curled for the day. As parents we were aloud to stay in the class for the first 30 mins till they had settled in. We got in the classroom, she put her backpack away, found her friend Lydia, and said "bye Mom". I wiped the tears in my eyes and asked if I could take a picture and then I left. I was there for less than 5 minutes. I think Kylie had the hardest time with Janika gone today. She keep asking when Janika was coming home and then was followed by crying. So when we did pick up Janika, Kylie had to give her sister a big hug. As for Janika she had a blast. All day we have been hearing about school. She so excited to go back tomorrow.


The neighbor left a surprise on Sam's car for the first day of school. She even gave me a gift, Kleenex. I have the best neighbor ever.

County Fair

Saturday we spent the day at the county fair with the family. The kids of course enjoyed it more than the adults but as a whole we all had a good time.

First Hair Cut

It was time for Xander to get his hair cut. He had some hair by his ears that was alway sticken out. he was fine with the scissors but not with the clippers.

Janika's 5th Birthday

Today was Janika's 5th birthday. She had a day full of presents and visitors. She spent the morning and afternoon with Grandmas at home and on the phone. Then ended the day with a little party with two friends. She had a blast all day. This years cake was My Little Pony. I had a lot of fun making it with her. Here's a few pics from the day.
