Day 5 of Disney World - Hollywood Studio

We visited Hollywood studio during the day and went back to Magic Kingdom for the evening. We found that Hollywood Studio had very few rides and a lot of shows. After being a way from Magic Kingdom for a few days we realized how magical it is. The atmosphere there is wonderful. You fell like a kid again. I was just as exited about seeing the princesses and Minnie. The thing that makes it magical for me is Cinderella's castle. Every time I see it I get excited. Maybe its the 6 year old girl coming out, and wishing I could be a princess.

Shows
We spent the day watching show, Beauty and the Beast, Lights, Motors, Action, Extreme Stunt Show, & Voyage of Little Mermaid. The stunt show was the one thing that Sam wanted to do at Disney World. Xander was grumpy and ready for a nap but when the car engines started he was full attention. We asked the girls if they liked the show they said no. Kylie had the best response, "the cars just drove in circles". Janika loved the Beauty and Beast and Kylie loved the little mermaid.

Character Spotting
Hollywood had Pixar and play house Disney characters. We were only able to see a few. Kylie was very excited to see Handy Manny, but wondered where his tools were. She also had to have her picture with Minnie again because she was wearing pink.

Parades
We watch 3 parades today, Pixar Pals Count Down to Fun, Celebrate it street party and the electrical parade. The girls liked the pixar pals because they were able see some of the characters that we didn't yet.

Magic Kingdom
At about 5 we headed to Magic kingdom for a magical night. First was The Celebrate It street party which you could dance with the characters and it was set to hip hop. The electrical parade was next and it was amazing. The light on the streets were turned off and all you could see was the parade. Every thing had lights on it, even the dancers. After the parade the photos taken that day from around the park were projected on the castle. The castle also had different textures and colors projected on it, changing the appearance of the castle. Following the castle program were the fireworks. They were choreographed to music and narrated by Jiminy Cricket. The theme was Wish Upon a Star. It was an amazing night.
