First Hair Cut

It was time for Xander to get his hair cut. He had some hair by his ears that was alway sticken out. he was fine with the scissors but not with the clippers.

Janika's 5th Birthday

Today was Janika's 5th birthday. She had a day full of presents and visitors. She spent the morning and afternoon with Grandmas at home and on the phone. Then ended the day with a little party with two friends. She had a blast all day. This years cake was My Little Pony. I had a lot of fun making it with her. Here's a few pics from the day.

Janika was up stairs coloring today with a friend and then about 15 minutes later she came down with this.
She is always coloring all sorts of things, but today her picture was the best she has ever done before.

Wild Waters

This is the last of the pictures from our trip to Reno. Every summer when go down to Reno we always have to go to Wild Waters with Grandma and Papa. The girls love it and every year they can do more and more. This year Janika could go on the big slides. She was almost falling out of the tube but that didn't stop her. Kylie was brave enough to go in to the wave pool with Janika and I. Xander loved to sit in the water and splash. I just know that next year I'm not going to be able to keep up with him.

Splash Park

While in Nevada we went to the local pool where they have just added a splash park. All three kids had a great time. Xander loved putting his face in the water.

Papa's Plane

Papa has had his plane for about 4 years and the girls have never had the desire to fly in it. Then they found out their cousins love to fly in it, so of course they wanted to fly. They had a blast flying. They got to fly over a local local lake in NV and Janika thought we were going to fall in it. Since flying Kylie keeps asking when are we going to pick up our plane and fly again. I think she loved it.

Xander Crawling

Xander has finally learned to crawl. He has been on his hands and knees in the crawling position for a while now, but didn't know what to do. This week he finally got it and now he's getting into everything.
