Happy Father's Day

Janika's 1st Baseball Game

Janika had her first baseball game of the season today. She did awesome. This year they have the ball pitched to them by the coach. Janika's first time up, hit the first ball pitched.

Got a little worried when she was standing on home waiting for the pitch.

After getting her feet in the correct position she was ready to go.  She knocked it way out there. Okay maybe not way out there, but past the bases.

Kieron 6 Months Old

Kieron is 6 months old today, boy how the time has past. He is 18.5 lbs, has 2 teeth, and is almost sitting. He's a BIG boy!

Capitol Classic Children's Race

Saturday morning Janika, Kylie, and their cousin Brant ran in the Capitol Classic Children's Race in Boise. The race started at the Boise train station and ended at the Capital building, total distance being 1 mile. The girls have been practicing for the past month and were very excited about it. Kylie told everyone that was willing to listen, even the teller at the bank. They did awesome. They ran the whole race holding hands, it was sooo cute. My girls amaze me everyday. I'm a very proud mama, so proud that I was crying when they crossed the finish line.

                                         

Preschool Graduation

 Today Kylie had her preschool graduation. She has been counting down the days till preschool was over so that she could graduate. She has learned so much in preschool and can't wait for kindergarten. She's growing up too fast, if only there was a way to stop it.

Skateland

For family night we went to Skateland. I haven't been skating since high school, so about 11 years. Sam can't even remember the last time he had gone. Not sure what we were thinking taking 4 young kids skating. It's just like riding a bike, right. No not at all. Some how we made it through the night without falling. I'm sure we were very entertaining to watch. We each had a stroller with a boy in it and a girl hanging on. Janika did adventure out and went several times around by herself.

Coco

Yes we added another animal to our home.  Sam took us for a ride the other day to Wendell and surprised us with a puppy. This is Coco, a poodle terrier, and oh so little. She'll only get to be about the size of a cat. The girls love having a small dog, she's pocket size right now. They carry her around every where. Xander likes Coco, but loves his dog, Roxy. He knows that he can wrestle Roxy but not Coco.  Xander and Roxy are best buds. Coco fits right in, she's sweet and feisty.
